Made with a combination of top grade walnut veneer and solid walnut wood legs
and handles. All walnut surfaces are sealed with a clear satin finish. Snap
close hinges are used on all doors. When working with any organic material like
wood, each piece will have its own unique characteristics and tone.

Custom sizing for the height (up to 36") and depth (up to 22") is offered at
no additional cost for this cabinet (add note at check out).
Side and support walls are 3/4" thick.
Leg base is 7 1/2 tall

Cabinets are built with a unfinished top with open space above the door
sections for easy sink install. If you would like a fully finished wood top and
you cut the holes for sink install, please add a note at check out.

We can build to any custom width up to 36" wide. Just add a note at check out
with dimensions you need.
Vessel style or under-mount style sinks can be used.

When purchasing our cabinet to use as a vanity please keep in mind where your
plumbing comes out of the wall (height and width), and what style / size of
sink you will be using. We can custom build the cabinet space according to your
sink needs. Sinks must be installed where the doors are located. We do not
offer drawers with cut outs for plumbing / sink needs.

Please be aware that you are purchasing the cabinet only. The countertop,
sinks and faucet hardware would be your responsibility to source and install
after you receive the cabinet. Most customers will purchase a sink online and
have a local countertop company cut to size needed for sink and cabinet needs.

Product Info;
When working with any organic material like wood, each piece will be unique
and have its own characteristics and color tone. We can not guarantee a
specific grain pattern. We do not stain the wood but have a process that brings
out the natural wood tone.
Photos show variation of color of wood due to lighting. This link will show
the base tone of the wood and then grain pattern will create light and dark
areas.


Care: Simply use a microfiber cloth and wipe as often as necessary. If spills
or marks happen, use a damp microfiber cloth to remove any water spills
immediately. As with all furniture, regular dusting will help maintain the
finish and appearance. If planning to use the wood top as your countertop, you
will need to add a waterproof layer of clear coat to fully protect the wood.
This is something you will need to do after you receive the cabinet.

Each item is packed with care. White glove delivery service provided by
private shippers to inside your front door or garage. Shipping generally takes
7-15 days.
If you have special delivery needs such as exterior stairs, ferry ride, bridge
tolls or dirt road there will be an additional cost. Please notify us of any
special delivery situations, there may be an additional charge.
